I'm havin a neck ache for the past few days. Is it because of head weighs, so it isn't surprising that one of the most common complaints neck pain. Is it because of my regular activities in my life can put stress and strain on the neck tissues, tendons, ligaments and muscles. Is it sitting too long at a desk, or driving long distances cause neck aches or working on computers for long periods of time, bad posture, bad sleeping position, toting unbalanced heavy loads or of course reaction to stress and tension in emotional states.

What can I do to relieve these pains without going to the doctor's office
